We are looking for a Mortgage Originations Sales Manager responsible for the specific duties listed below.
Your specific duties will include:
- Generating new mortgage business by building an ongoing mortgage referral network and developing relationships within the real estate community, including realtors, builders, and developers.
- Developing and implementing proactive business/referral contacts and attracting a new base of mortgage prospects.
- Maintaining and managing personal mortgage loan pipeline and meeting or exceeding loan production goals and sales objectives.
- Providing leadership, guidance, training, and support to a team of Mortgage Loan Officers.
- Guiding in resolving complex or challenging loan transactions, assisting the MLOs with loan scenarios, re-structuring applications, evaluating loan documentation, investor guidelines, and pricing
Specific qualifications for the position include :
- Minimum ten (10) years of mortgage production experience, with a focus on sales, sales management, business development, marketing, customer service, and compliance.
- Must have experience originating loans in the local real estate markets in the DMV area.
- Minimum of five (5) years of supervisory or management experience is required.
