Job Summary: We're hiring an Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day operations primarily at our Fairfax location, with additional responsibilities for our Arlington site. Responsibilities: Staff Management: Recruit, train, and supervise a dedicated team. Coordinate schedules to ensure optimal coverage. Customer Experience: Ensure outstanding customer service. Implement initiatives for continuous improvement based on customer feedback. Operations Oversight: Manage day-to-day operations and uphold safety standards.
