**Description**

***JOB QUALIFICATIONS:***

* Possess and maintain valid CDL Class A License

* Minimum 2 years driving experience

* Must pass DOT physical and drug test

* Must pass background check

* Must have a clean driving record

* Must have experience driving a 20' or larger truck

* Be able to lift, push or pull - minimum 50 lbs.

* Must be able to operate a single, deep reach truck, sit down forklift, stock picker, electric jack and scissor lift

***POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:***

* Drive truck safely and within state and local laws

* Inspect truck equipment and supplies such as tires, lights, brakes, gas, oil, and water

* Report any unsafe conditions on the truck to a manager

* Check that registration and inspection stickers are valid

* Maintain truck log according to state and federal regulations

* Maintain telephone or radio contact with supervisor to receive delivery instructions

* Verify load against shipping papers

* Operate forklift in a safe and efficient manner to retrieve or store material

* Maintains a safe working environment by obeying all safety rules and by reporting all accidents, unsafe conditions and acts to Management

* Provides assistance to warehouse staff in performing normal warehouse duties

* Performs other related duties as required
