We are currently seeking a Clinical Operations Manager to work onsite with the National Institutes of Health in Bethesda, MD.

The US base salary for this full-time position is $23-25/hr + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.



Responsibilities:

Provides technical support to assist with the operational management of administrative functions within the clinic.
Assists in planning, coordinating and managing various programs and work projects.
Ensures compliance with required program, administrative and management deadlines.
Collects, enters and updates data into tracking database.
Assists with budget tracking and protocol management.
Requests and initiates the purchase of materials, supplies and equipment.
Arranges and coordinates scientific meetings, seminars and conferences and provides appropriate background materials.
Performs various clinical literature searches, and receives, reviews and prepares clinical or technical reports.



Qualifications:

Required Skills:
Bachelors Degree in Pharmacology or a related discipline
Licensed Pharmacy Technician
Experience with use of an electronic inventory system and IVRS/IWRS for drug accountability is preferred.
Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to review and resolve monitoring and/or audit discrepancies or other pharmacy issues is required.
Experience with Pharmacy preparation for a GCP or FDA study audit
Excellent math skills to perform pharmaceutical calculations.
Excellent working knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP), Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), standard pharmacy practices including USP (797) aseptic technique and USP (800) hazardous drug handling is required.
Experience in the planning (site assessments), design, logistics), implementation, conduct, close-out, and oversight of clinical trials.
