The client is a well-established and globally recognized outsourcing and technology services specialist. It has rapidly expanded its footprint and now operates a vast network of visa application centers and consular services centers in numerous countries across the world.

It primarily offers services that facilitate the visa application and passport issuance process. These services include visa application processing, biometric data collection, document verification, and appointment scheduling on behalf of its clients, which often consist of governments and embassies seeking to streamline and enhance their visa and consular services. In essence, it plays a pivotal role in the global mobility landscape by providing essential administrative support and technology-driven solutions that simplify visa and consular service processes.







Salary Range: $120K-$125K/Annum







Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:




  • Employee Engagement: Lead initiatives that enhance employee satisfaction and foster a positive work culture, including recognition programs, team-building activities, and wellness initiatives.

  • Employee Conflict Resolution: Address employee concerns and conflicts, providing mediation and solutions that promote a harmonious work environment.

  • Employee Interaction: Develop strategies to encourage effective communication and collaboration among employees, teams, and departments.

  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to labour laws and regulations in [relevant regions/countries]. Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures to maintain a compliant workplace.

  • Training and Development: Collaborate with teams to identify training needs and implement programs that enhance employee skills and competencies.


Qualifications:


  • 10+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with a focus on employee engagement, conflict resolution, and compliance.

  • Strong understanding of labour laws and regulations in United States and Canada.

  • Proven track record of successfully implementing employee engagement initiatives and conflict resolution strategies.
