The MCS Group, Inc has an immediate job opening for an Operations Support Manager in the DC Market.
This hybrid opportunity has both work from home and on client premises responsibilities that require a versatile person that is a self-starter, that must be able to work both independently and in a collaborative setting.
Work Hours – are 40+ per week.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Support On-site client teams
Manage KPI, Reporting and QBR/ABR for clients
Support site staffing
Manage regional flex staffing
Provide Operational support of the business development team
Other responsibilities as assigned
You must have your own transportation and be willing and able to travel to client sites as needed.
Needed Skills include:
Technology proficiency in MS Office suite of products, especially Excel.
Strong writing skills is a must.
