Accounting Clerk/Cashier

RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Code and process vendor invoices for payment.

* Reconcile vendor and manufacturer statements.

* Reconcile and process daily deposits.

* Update and maintain current vendor information.

* Analyze multiple expense accounts and prepare weekly/monthly reports.

* Maintain a professional appearance and a neat work area.

* Reconcile credit card statement - match receipts.

* Run cash register and interact with customers, Part-time.

REQUIREMENTS:

* High school diploma or GED equivalent.

* Ability to effectively communicate.

* Valid driver's license.

* Computer literacy and anility to learn company software.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel preferred.

* Must be able to pass a background check and drug test.
