Job Description
Requirements of the Packer (Grind Line):
- Must be able to work in a wet, refrigerated/freezer environment
- Must be able to work in a fast repetitive environment
- Must be able to lift continuously throught the day (10-20lbs)
- Steel toes are required
- OT is mandatory if needed.
- Must be willing to work anywhere in the warehouse that they need them.

Responsibilities of the Packer (Grind Line):
-Packers are responsible for packing and boxing beef, pork, lamb, veal, and seafood products accurately with good appearance, as well as meeting customer specifications.Packs products in an accurate and timely manner. Follows company standardized pack specifications along with any customer specified deviations as communicated through special instructions via work orders/cut tickets. This is a refrigerated warehouse (0-32 degrees, if they go in the freezer it can get below 0 but only in there briefly), they need to dress appropriately.You can always take off layers once you're there, if needed.
