Spirit Hospitality, LLC is a hotel development and management company located in Fort Collins, Colorado. We currently own and operate nine hotels and one restaurant in Northern Colorado. We are currently looking to hire a Room Attendant to join our Fairfield Inn & Suites, Fort Collins team!

**Compensation:**

Range $13.50-$14.50/hour

**Responsibilities:**

* Responsible for cleaning all suites as assigned each day.

* Ensure all carpets are vacuumed and spot cleaned if needed.

* Dusts all furniture (picture frames, bed frames, lamps, TVs and dressers)

* Removes fingerprints and smudges (ex: mirrors, shiny surfaces, windows, etc.)

* Ensure bathroom areas are thoroughly cleaned, wash shower stall, sink, floor, toilet, etc.)

* Make sure that the rooms standard set-up is complies with brand specifications.

* Report all damages found in a room immediately.

* Report if any items are missing from a room immediately and report personal guest items found in vacant rooms.

* Notify Head Housekeeper of all rollway beds or cribs in rooms for pick-up and storage.

* Take responsibility for pass key and make sure it is turned in daily.

* Turn in all lost and found items to Guest Service Agent immediately for logging in our book and proper placement in lost in found cabinet.

* Report to Head housekeeper the following:

* No luggage

* No Service needed.

* Sleep outs

* Extra Guests.

* Anything Unusual

* Shut off all lights, TVs, and air conditioners when leaving a cleaned room

* Assist housekeepers in any additional cleaning chores that may be assigned.

Qualifications Customer Service experience

Ability to work Weekends and Holidays

Ability to stand for 8 hours (accommodations can be made for all ADA qualified candidates)

Ability to push 50lbs

Ability to lift 20 pounds

Availability to work each day of the week
