****ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:****

* Prepare menu items according to established recipes and standards

* Complete both prep and clean-up

* Maintain food quality and sanitation standards

* Ensure food is prepared in a timely fashion

* Ability to work with team in a positive and professional manner

****QUALIFICATIONS and/or EXPERIENCE:****

* Line Cook experience preferred

* TIPS and ServSafe certifications preferred

* Ability to be on your feet and active for 6-8 hours or more, climb stairs, lift up to 40lbs, and use commercial cleaning equipment

* A team player whos willing to go above and beyond for guests and peers

* Availability to work weekends and holidays as required
