**Overview**

The Customer Service Manager serves as the liaison between the company and our customers and oversee all communication throughout the department. He/she must be totally committed to providing the highest quality service level to all customers, meeting their goals and requirements, while maximizing profitability. The Customer Service Manager ensures that all customers request are met with positive solutions and communicating those request with the team and upholds and demonstrate Jones Core Values while interacting with the customers and teammates.

**Key Duties and Responsibilities**

* Seeks ways to int egrate valu es in business dealings and strategies

* Protects the companys reputation;

* Guara nte es and expects excelle nc e from a ll CR s , including but not limit ed to phone coverage , servicing of customers , comm uni cation , and completing assigned spec ial projects . Assists in th e trainin g , mentoring, coach ing and reviewing of th e CR s.

* Maintains accurate records of activity with customers and accounts to provide feedback to management of relationships with clients.

* Contacts current and prospective customers to sell and explain coverage gaps, account rounding and solicitation of new business within market area.

* Prepares and presents proposals, quotes and recommends coverage based on customer needs and sales of appropriate coverage.

* Respond in a positive manner to all customer requests while offering a positive solution every time.

* Attends meetings to improve and establish sales relationships with new or existing customers.

* Maintains accurate records of activity with customers and accounts to provide feedback to management of relationships with clients.

* Represent the Director in decision making for different work groups such as Customer Service when needed.

* Completes special projects as assigned by management.

* Effective planning and execution of daily tasks and through clear and considerate communication with internal and external clients.

* Maintain the companys standards of quality customer service at all times.

**Qualifications**

* Bachelors Degree

* Two plus years of related experience

* Computer/Internet Proficient

* Microsoft Office Proficient

* Some leadership experience or training preferred
