Essential Duties and Responsibilities

* T ransport s guests safely to their specific destination

* H andl es guests' baggage with care and assists with loading and unloading baggage from the vehicle

* C ommunicat es with team members to ensure operational efficiency and guest satisfaction

* Ensures vehicle meets safety and security protocol

* Inspects vehicle daily and correc ts defects or issues

* Complet es a vehicle inspection report in accordance with standards

* Servic es and maintain s the v ehicle in accordance with standards

* Record s mileage and destinations

* Ensures all traffic laws are obeyed while operating and parking the vehicle

* Maintains both interior and exterior vehicle cleanliness

* Demonstrates a working knowledge of all services and facilities of the hotel and local area

* Attentively listens to guests and anticipates any additional needs or concerns

* Performs a dditional responsibilities as assigned by l eadership

Qualifications

* Possession of valid driver's license and evidence of insurability

* Driving record that is acceptable per our current insurance carrier guidelines

* Strong interpersonal and communication skills

* Ability to handle stressful situations with poise and professionalism

* Conduct work-related functions in a professional manner
