Bartender Ref: 2022-40830 Job Information Division: Elior Stadia Advert Closing Date: 13/02/2022 Number of Hours:Part-time Salary:National Minimum Wage plus holiday pay Per hour Contract Type:Casual Location:Lincoln, LN5 8LD Working Environment We have a fantastic opportunity for individuals to become part of our match day hospitality and retail operation at Lincoln City Football Club. We are recruiting for bar staff who can commit to working all Lincoln City FC home matches.

Job Description Your key responsibilities as the Bartender will consist of:

- Preparing alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages for bar and patrons

- Interacting with customers, taking orders and serving snacks and drinks

- Assessing bar customers' needs and preferences and making recommendations

- Check customers' identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age

- Accountable for COSHH, Food Safety, H&S, legal regulations, environmental policies and duty of care to customers and colleagues

**Working Pattern**: Match Days and Major Events

Skills and Experience Applicants must live within daily traveling distance of Lincoln and be UK/EU residents or non-residents with a valid UK work permit. All applicants must be at least 18 years of age. All applicants must have good numeracy skills.

- Genuine interest in customer service excellence

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment

- Experience is not essential, however strong interpersonal and communication skills are of the utmost importance in our customer-facing industry
