Concierge

Full Time

Four Seasons Resort and Residences Jackson Hole is looking for a Concierge who is dedicated to providing exceptional quality and service to our guests. Concierge is responsible for assisting our guests throughout their staff, and offering them exceptional service and assistance.

Responsibilities

• Focus on providing guests with opportunities to upgrade their vacation is key to ensuring guests have an exceptional experience.
• Assist guests with recommending and booking activity in the area.
• Be knowledgeable about Jackson Hole, and the surrounding National Parks.
• Responsible for assisting guests throughout their stay as a first point of contact.
• Handles all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible.
• Assist customers in all inquiries in connection with hotel services, hours of operations, key hotel personnel, in-house events, directions, etc.
• Responds to all guest requests in an accurate and timely manner, making recommendations based on local knowledge and hotel practices.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

• Previous administration experience in a hotel setting prefered.
• Must be willing to work a flexible schedule in order to accomplish all major responsibilities. This may include some evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Candidates must have excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in the United States.
