*Essential Responsibilities*
* Generate profitable sales revenue by renting pumps and providing engineered pumping solutions for either short-term or long-term projects for the purpose of moving fluid
* Establishes new rental accounts through phone calls and in-person visits to potential customers
* Builds, develops, and grows client and vendor business relationships vital to the success of the rental business
* Present turnkey services to potential customers
* Ensures project plans and updates are well communicated to clients and internal staff
* Maintains knowledge of all rental products, pricing, terms, sales, and policies
*Education / Experience*
* Associate’s, Vocational, or Bachelor's degree in Mechanics, Industrial Engineering, or Construction Management preferred
* Three years minimum experience with B2B direct sales within the equipment industry preferred
* Previous experience in the rental industry is a plus
* Pump equipment background is highly desirable
* Strong business development and customer retention skills
