Resident Assistant (RA)

Responsibilities:
- Provide direct support to residents in a residential care setting
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Prepare and serve meals according to dietary needs and restrictions
- Clean and maintain the living environment, including resident rooms and common areas
- Drive residents to appointments or outings as needed
- Implement behavior management strategies to promote a safe and positive living environment
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure the overall well-being of residents

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in direct support or social work is preferred
- Ability to lift and assist residents with mobility needs
- Knowledge of home care systems and procedures
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
