We're looking for willing and experienced candidate to learn how to be a successful Office Assistant at Top Shop Automotive. Being bilingual in Spanish would be a bonus for us along with prior experience being a successful receptionist/front desk person. The candidate with a BIG and outgoing personality and a willingness to learn is the person we are looking for. We can teach a person to be a successful Office Assistant in our shop; we cannot change personalities.
Example of our Office Environment:
The phone will ring, someone will walk in with an appointment and then someone else will walk in looking for someone to put air in their tire, and then the other phone line will ring and then a customer doesn't know how to use the Keurig coffee machine will ask for help from you.......and you smile and know how to manage it all: you prioritize, ask for help and delegate what you can to make sure everyone is taken care of. If that's in your wheel house or something you are willing to learn then by all means please continue!
