Junior Sales Associate Job Description

Our company is looking for an enthusiastic Junior Sales Associate to join our awesome team. Your responsibilities in this role will include developing and sustaining relationships with existing customers and identifying potential new customers, which includes knocking doors, responding to their inquiries, questions, and complaints, providing assistance and product information, and resolving issues. You will also assist in the preparation and delivery of sales presentations and proposals and monitor customer accounts.

Additionally, you will track sales activity within our client relationships management tool.

To be successful as a Junior Sales Associate, you should have exceptional communication, product knowledge, problem-solving, adaptability, and organizational skills.

Junior Sales Associate Duties & Responsibilities:

• Develop and sustain relationships with existing customers
• Assist with the preparation of sales presentations and proposals
• Respond to inquiries and complaints and provide product information to customers
• Track sales activity and performance metrics
• Monitor customer accounts and ensure timely payments
• Identify potential customers and evaluate new strategic business opportunities
• Achieve sales, performance, and profit goals
• Prepare and maintain reports on sales activities and outcomes
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales process
• Establish and implement sales strategies to meet organizational goals
• Assist with cross-selling and promotion of products
• Handle additional administrative tasks if needed

Junior Sales Associate Requirements:

• Prior sales experience in the same or similar roles
• In-depth understanding of sales and customer service principles
• Strong knowledge of the market and customer dynamics
