**Your day-to-day looks like this**

* Assist the Store Manager by observing retail sales representatives selling process of wireless devices to the consumer, then work one on one with our Verizon Wireless Retail Sales Representatives to help he or she hone their selling skills.

* Work alongside the Store Manager to ensure outstanding customer service from the sales team.

* Learn how to read and react to sales reports, inventory updates, and company initiatives.

* Execute daily pricing and company updates.

* Lead, Develop and Inspire the sales team by applauding all victories and successes.

**Job requirements**

* High School Diploma or GED equivalent. Some college or a degree is preferred.

* Proven sales and customer service abilities

* Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills; ability to build relationships and adapt to a diverse customer base is desired.

* Motivating, confident, positive team leader with an ability to inspire others.

* A knack for technology, telecommunications, and the ability to learn wireless quickly.

* Strong computer skills

* Being bilingual would be a huge plus!
