Job Details

To be successful in this role, you will need:

1. A Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school and admission to the state bar.
2. At least 7-10 years of experience practicing elder law, with a strong focus on institutional Medicaid.
3. Demonstrated knowledge of the legal and regulatory issues affecting the elderly, including Medicaid, Medicare, social security, and estate planning.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, their families, and other members of our legal team.
5. Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to understand complex legal issues and develop effective strategies.
6. A commitment to ethical practice and maintaining the highest levels of professionalism and confidentiality.
7. The ability to work independently, manage multiple cases simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines.
8. A passion for advocating for the rights and interests of the elderly.
