**Regional Customer Service Representative (teller)**

A Regional Customer Service Representative provides superior and quality customer service to our clients. Provides customers efficient and accurate transaction processing. Promotes the Banks products and services. Provides customer referrals for new products and services on a daily basis. This position will move between our branches as needed. The coverage area will include: Edmonson, Barren, Hart, Warren, Butler & Green Counties. Mileage will be reimbursed on a monthly basis.

**EXPECTATIONS / ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS**

* Provide superior customer service by exhibiting a friendly and professional demeanor at all times.

* Serves the Bank's customers by accurately processing the following transactions: Deposits; Withdrawals; Payments; Stop Payment Requests; Cash Advances; ordering Checks and Debit Cards; and issuing Cashier's Checks.

* Responsible for meeting or exceeding sales referral goals as outlined by Retail Operations or Branch Management.

Exceptional knowledge of the Banks products and services.

* Complete CTR Reports when necessary.

* Complete Suspicious Activity Notification forms when necessary.

* Perform Night Drop Verification and Processing.

* Process Customer Disputes.

* Perform vault and ATM duties and responsibilities when assigned by management.

* Comply with all department and Bank policies and procedures.

* Assist Customer Service Manager with audit of banking center operations as delegated by Retail Operations.

* Make a concentrated effort to solve customer problems.

* Stay informed of new or changes of policies and procedures.

* Maintain a cash drawer and balancing record as outlined in the over/short guidelines.

* Complete all training as required by Limestone Bank.

* Aid in opening and closing Branch when needed.

* Performs all other duties as assigned.

**REQUIREMENTS**

Sales or cash handling experience.

Must be able to work a flexible schedule. Must be available to work weekends. Work schedule may be adjusted from time to time to accommodate needed coverage due to vacations, holidays, staff shortages and illness.
