Salon Sales Associate/ Front Desk Sales Receptionist

Salon Alure is a family-owned, modern salon with locations in Purcellville and Lovettsville, VA. We offer both hair and skincare services and products. We strive to maintain a positive work environment where our team members love what they do and our guests love their experience while in our care.

We are currently seeking a customer service enthusiast with a background in sales to join our team for our Purcellville location.

**Duties :**

Welcome guests to salon and create amazing first impressions and customer service

Strong background in sales: ability to fulfill front desk sales goals and help meet team goals

Effectively communicate products, promotions, and services to guests

Answer phones and speak with guests in a professional, upbeat manner to help schedule their appointments and address questions/concerns

Computer/cash register duties for processing sales transactions and scheduling appointments

Assists with shampooing, laundry, and other administrative duties as needed to support the team

**Qualifications :**

Able to work some evening and weekend hours

Professional appearance and demeanor

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Positive, friendly attitude and willingness to learn

Strong ability to multi-task and work independently as well as part of a team

Basic computer knowledge and willingness to learn salon software. Experience with SalonBiz salon software a plus.

Basic math skills prior cash handling experience a plus

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: $11.00 /hour
