Olympus Group has an immediate opening for an **Inside Sales Associate** for our Orlando facility. This individual will support our Account Executives with order entry and project management within our custom print division. The ideal candidate must have the ability to handle multiple requests in a fast-paced, quick-turn environment while providing the highest level of customer service. A background in digital printing, dye-sublimation or similar manufacturing environment is beneficial but not mandatory. The role serves as a great entry point into a dynamic company with the opportunity to grow into account management roles.

**Essential Duties**

* Support account executives sales activities enabling them to close more business

* Become proficient with Olympus Group processes and computer systems

* Organize order details and process orders inside of our ERP system

* Process requests for sample materials, color match targets and various other items to facilitate the sales and project process

* Assist in sourcing materials for custom projects

* Communicate project expectations with internal resources including engineering, prepress and production

* Work with internal resources to resolve open issues related to sales orders

* Be flexible with solutionscustom print offers unique challenges every day
