LMI is seeking a skilled ServiceNow Release Train Engineer/Project Manager (RTE/PM) for a Federal Civilian client. This is a fully remote position. A successful ServiceNow RTE/PM will demonstrate competency in ServiceNow, requirements analysis, critical thinking, leadership, innovation, and business growth while upholding the highest standard of ethical behavior.

Responsibilities
    Expert, in depth knowledge of the ServiceNow platform capabilities with extensive experience with recent ServiceNow releases
  • Demonstrated experience in the end-to-end deployment of ServiceNow applications and platform capabilities.
  • Provide technical leadership and expertise across a portfolio of ServiceNow projects
  • Ability to gather business requirements, lead development of prototypes and/or high fidelity mock-ups to validate and refine requirements, and define tasks required for implementing and maintaining ServiceNow applications throughout their lifecycles
  • Drive Agile teams and methodologies in a virtual environment.
  • Provide leadership with the ongoing development of policies and procedures for the purpose of consistent product delivery in a ServiceNow environment.
  • Participate in internal and customer meetings assisting with the ongoing evolution of ServiceNow offerings as well as business development and capture related efforts
  • Experience advising, coaching and leading Agile ServiceNow implementation teams
  • Adept at working with business development team members in an effort to support business development and capture efforts to close ServiceNow deals with clients
  • Support growth of the ServiceNow practice while providing mentorship and guidance to direct and indirect reports within the practice
Qualifications

Required Experience

  • BS/BA in related field
  • This position requires Ten (10) or more years' work experience.
  • This position requires at least 5 years' experience in leading ServiceNow projects
  • Experience managing a ServiceNow project from initiation to delivery and support, including but not limited to meeting with project stakeholders to capture requirements, developing and managing a backlog, managing project documentation and deliverables, overseeing agile sprint ceremonies and managing team performance and quality
  • Experience working with a ServiceNow team to estimate, plan, and execute all assigned tasks.
  • Ability obtain and maintain a US Government Public Trust clearance
  • Some travel may be required within CONUS only

Desired Experience

  • Training and certification in Agile methods
  • Demonstrated experience with the implementation of ServiceNow modules, in one or more modules in the Integrated Risk Management, the Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) domain (APM, ITBM, PPM) or one or more modules in the Enterprise Asset Management domain.
  • Demonstrated experience implement ServiceNow modules to clients in the US Federal Government

Desired Certifications

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist
