Thank you for your interest in Ervin Cable Construction, we look forward to hearing from you! **Overview:** A successful Customer Service Rep shall answer inbound calls, provide information to property owner about the project; conduct follow-up calls to property owner; enter information from field personnel into tracking system for all complaints. At a minimum, the position requires the ability to use a computer and other office related equipment; excellent customer service skills; ability to read, understand, interpret, input, and analyze data. **Essential Functions:** the ability to work safely, with or without supervision;

the ability to read understand, interpret, input, and analyze data with a high degree of accuracy and completeness;

excellent manual dexterity;

the ability to organize work load to determine priority of duties;

the ability to communicate with Company personnel, customers, and contractors to ensure tasks are completed.
