Operations Manager - Group Fitness Gym

MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE RUNNING ALL OPERATIONS OF A BUSINESS: MARKETING, FINANCE, HUMAN RESOURCES, TECHNOLOGY AND EQUIPMENT. MUST BE A CERTIFIED PERSONAL TRAINER- NASM, ISSA, ACE, ACSM or NSCA CERTIFICATION WITH GROUP FITNESS EXPERIENCE!

The Operations Manager position is an integral role within a system of over 300 gyms. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Uphold the high client standards through team members
• Develop the leaders on your team to maintain product and experience consistency
• Clarify the vision and strategy for the teams in your district and create buy-in around key targets
• Execute the defined meeting structure to ensure alignment, clarity, and execution
• Manage retail ordering and launch strategy
• Execute training seminars with the teams in your district to grow in areas you've identified as well as core areas defined by leadership
• Play a significant role in executing the marketing of the gym
• Perform defined audits designed to measure the execution of the client's standards and coach areas of opportunity
• Manage the use of our CRM system, ensuring proper execution
• Manage reporting from the gym level to understand strengths and weaknesses and action needed

QUALIFICATIONS

• Must be a high producer in autonomous working situations and a self-motivator
• Experience leading a team to meet and exceed goals and other KPI's
• Ability to read and comprehend P&Ls and
• Able to quickly learn and navigate software systems and maintain records
• Excellent verbal & written communication and customer service skills
• Have a high level of understanding of social media
• Ability to multi-task and stay organized while having close attention to detail and follow-through
• Positive, motivating, and effective interpersonal communication skills
• Can quickly identify opportunities for growth and strategies for execution
• Comfortable in uncomfortable situations

Full-Time Temp-to Hire Position
$50k-$65k Salary
