**Warehouse Shipping Clerk**

**Location**

Murfreesboro, TN

**Work Schedule**

Mon - Fri / 7:00am - 4:00pm or as defined by immediate supervisor to accomplish job responsibilities

**Primary Function**

Under general supervision, this position manages outgoing shipments from the warehouse with commitment to quality, continuous improvement and high performance. This position will also ensure efficient shipping processes and promptly resolve any problems or discrepancies.

**Description**

* Load trucks

* Ensure shipments are correct

* Enter shipping orders in computer

* Pick items for shipment

* Create shipping labels

* Cycle count inventory items

* Communicate with customer to resolve any shipping or inventory issues

* Perform other duties as required by immediate supervisor

**Skills**

* **Must have great attention to detail**

* **Must be good with numbers**

* Must have forklift experience

* Must have basic computer skills

* Must have basic math skills

* Computer / IPad / Scanner experience preferred

* Ability to grasps new concepts quickly

* Positive attitude and willingness to do what it takes to deliver exceptional results

* Ability to work independently and in a team environment

* Must have good communication and organization skills

**Education Required**

High School Diploma or GED
