**Your impact at SumUp**

**Your role and responsibilities**

* **Manufacturing:** Manage the assembly of our hardware with our clients from Hope Services by preparing hardware parts, delegating roles within the team, and ensuring cleanliness of the equipment. Plan, schedule, and monitor material and labor through the production cycle.

* **Shipping:** Execute day-to-day logistics operation to ensure daily order fulfillment meets department SLAs.

* **Returns:** Conduct daily reverse logistics operations including the assessment of the returns, scan verification, and equipment inquiries.

* **Inventory:** Maintain, organize, and apply lean inventory practices at the warehouse to optimize space and increase productivity.

* **Quality:** Hold yourself accountable for quality outcomes - gathers, analyzes and distributes data on hardware failures to key stakeholders.

* **Communication:** Communicate daily KPIs to team members (e.g. manufacturing, shipping, and returns, etc.).

* You have warehouse operations experience.

* Youre available part-time, around 30 h/week.

* You have working knowledge of Salesforce, ShipStation, and Google Suite.

* Youre extremely organized and detail-oriented.

* You have a high quality standard and thrive to uphold it.

* Youre passionate about helping others.

* Youre passionate about improving current processes.

* You are able to lift 40 lbs.

* You have excellent speaking and writing skills in English.
