Four Seasons Resort and Residences Jackson Hole is looking for a Concierge who is dedicated to providing exceptional quality and service to our guests. Concierge is responsible for assisting our guests throughout their staff, and offering them exceptional service and assistance.

Responsibilities

* Responsible for assisting guests throughout their stay as a first point of contact.

* Handles all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible.

* Assist customers in all inquiries in connection with hotel services, hours of operations, key hotel personnel, in-house events, directions, etc.

* Responds to all guest requests in an accurate and timely manner, making recommendations based on local knowledge and hotel practices.

* Stores and retrieves guest luggage and packages

* Focus on providing guests with opportunities to upgrade their vacation is key to ensuring guests have an exceptional experience.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

* Must be willing to work a flexible schedule in order to accomplish all major responsibilities. This may include some evenings, weekends and holidays.

* Candidates must have excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills.

* This position requires the ability to lift up to 40lb

* Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in the United States

* Fluent in English an requirement and a second language is encouraged.
