a full time **Assistant Store Manager** for our **Keokuk****Store**!

An Assistant Store Manager is responsible for maintaining an example for all store workers by providing excellent customer service to retail customers, donor customers, telephone customers, client customers, and internal Goodwill customers. This position will assist in maintaining an attractive, inviting, visually appealing store which is full replenished, neatly merchandised, and free of clutter, as well as assist in completing and submitting records and reports on workers accurately and on a timely basis. You will assist in the monthly safety meetings, emergency drills, and facility inspections, as well as complete and submit necessary paperwork and reports on a timely basis. An Assistant Store Manager will provide supervision to staff in the absence of the Store Manager.

One year of full-time employment in a related field is required. Supervisory experience is preferred. **This position requires a valid Iowa driver's license, proof of required auto insurance, and must pass motor vehicle record screening and criminal background checks.**

An Assistant Store Manager has a starting wage of **$15.00 per hour**. Goodwill drives a strong reliability culture, you will be scheduled a rotating schedule including days, evenings, and weekend and flexibility is a must.
