* Greet employees and guests of executive floors

* Create memorable experiences with a warm, welcoming personality

* Take initiative to proactively address guest needs and answer questions

* Set an example for behavior, appearance, communications, to facilitate overall presence for the front desk

* Manage parking and vehicle logs and records

* Coordinate security access cards for employees and vendors

* Welcome event guests and assist with printing visitor badges

* Arrange for VIP escorts upon request

* Escort VIP guests when needed

* Arrange for VIP parking upon request

* Assist guests with arrival, office orientation and departures

* Make reservations at local establishments upon request

* Prepare and display beverage and snacks options for guest

* Provide general administrative support to administrative staff

* Participate in special events providing support to Conference Services Team

* Provide back up support to team and filling in other Concierge roles onsite

* Make conference room reservations

* Order catering for meetings as requested

* Submit tickets via Corrigo for building maintenance and repairs

* Collaborate with team members to communicate trends in guest services and develop best practices and streamlined processes that respond to guests needs.

* Enjoy multi-tasking at a fast pace while having an impeccable eye for detail to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

* Demonstrate confidence, professionalism, responsiveness, and exceptional customer service skills.

* Have in-depth knowledge of local businesses, entertainment venues and travel options.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

* 4+ years Receptionist/Administrative experience required.

* High School diploma or equivalent required; Associates degree or college coursework is preferred.

* Some professional experience working in an administrative role in a very busy front desk setting is preferred.

* Pleasant phone manner

* Basic knowledge of locale attractions and destinations

* Must be able to work in a busy and quickly changing fast paced environment.

* Excellent customer service skills are essential for success in this role.

* Candidate must be able to communicate professionally both in person and in writing.

* The applicant must possess strong organizational skills and have a positive, problem-solving attitude and be able to manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision.

* Proficiency with desktop computing platforms (PC) and applications (MS Office Suite).

* Adhere to the dress code and appearance policy.
