Logistics Account Coordinator

Our client Jacksonville, FL on Blount Island, is seeking a Account Coordinator to join their team. The ideal candidate will have strong Excel skills, excellent customer service skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Account Coordinator

Location: Jacksonville, FL - Blount Island

Pay Range: $19

What’s the Job?

• The ideal candidate thrives a fast-paced environment and has a keen eye for detail.
• Act as the interface between all processing departments within the facility.
• Communicate and collaborate with customer and operations effectively.
• Data entry of vehicles processed in AS400.
• Updates and maintains the port tracking system

What’s Needed?

• Valid TWIC card or ability to obtain one
• Prior experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.) and AS400.
• Ability to organize and prioritize competing responsibilities.
• Problem solving skills and detail oriented.
• Effective communicator in listening, written, and verbal.
