\n\n \n\nAs a Geriatric Nursing Assistant (GNA) you will work alongside a Licensed/Registered Nurse to deliver efficient and effective nursing care while achieving positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction. \n\n\nPosition Highlights\n*Performs various patient care activities and related non-professional services essential to caring for personal needs and comfort of patients.\n*Transports patient to rehabilitation therapy and accompanies to outside appointments\n*Participates in the care planning process and implements care according to care plan. \n\n\nWho We Are\nOur employees are our most valuable resource.
