LMI is currently seeking senior-level technical operations advisor with TS SCI clearance (with polygraph) and more than 20 years of experience in the Intelligence Community. The senior level candidate will have had leadership roles on several project teams which were focused in the areas listed below or have played key Subject Matter Expert roles on critical projects. They will have successfully identified new opportunities where skills were applied to address pressing client mission needs.

Candidates will have supported initiatives across multiple IC organizational components, and must possess strong client, written and verbal communication skills. Candidates should have direct experience in several of the following management consulting disciplines, and be able to describe successful client results which flowed from the application of their efforts in these areas:
- Technology Assessments
- Project Integration
- Systems Engineering
- Portfolio Management
- Organizational Development
- Policy Development
- Strategic Planning
- Business Process Analysis, Improvement, and Reengineering
- Customer Relationship Management
In this role, the candidate will assist LMI's market and service lines with business development, program management, and strategic initiatives across multiple IC organizational components.
Required background or special skills:
- Clearance: TS/SCI with full-scope polygraph needed
- Minimum years of experience: Twenty years within the Intelligence Community
- Minimum degree: Bachelor's
- Background in the IC regarding technical operations, technical assessments, technical collection. Specifically,
- Demonstrated on-the-job experience and expertise in technical operations, technical collection and technical services. This includes technical assessment, gaps/needs assessments, how to identify required changes, posit multiple solutions, and provide guidance to senior executives that will affect outcomes.
- Demonstrated on-the-job experience using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.
Desired background or special skills:
- Knowledge of business development for technical solutions within the Intelligence Community. Specifically,
- Identify and qualify engagements in the IC, develop go-to-market plans in conjunction with our lines of service and market leads, participate in the proposal process as the voice of the customer, and collaborate with capture managers, solution architects, and subject matter experts to develop winning pursuit strategies.
- Work with colleagues to advance opportunities. Coordinate call plans and interactions with potential federal customers, present LMI offerings, and drive opportunities to completion with award.
- Participate in color team reviews of proposals, black hat initiatives, gathering of competitive intelligence, and capture strategy discussions. Inform lines of service on development of offerings and solutions.
