This role is within Chamberlain Group's Sales function. A successful incumbent is expected to partner closely with members of Business Units, Field Sales, and Sales Operation teams to create, deliver, & maintain targeted campaigns and report on the success of those campaigns, serve as lead for Sales Programs' execution with responsibility to provide accurate, real-time reporting on actual performance compared to expected results. Requires 5+ years of experience in project management, program management, analytics, or a related field and a minimum of a bachelor's degree.
Job Responsibilities:
Partner closely with members of Business Units, Field Sales, and Sales Operation teams to create, deliver, & maintain targeted campaigns and report on the success of those campaigns
Serve as lead for Sales Programs' execution with responsibility to provide accurate, real-time reporting on actual performance compared to expected results
Prepare and deliver communications regarding program status and performance
Work with cross-functional teams to understand the data extracted from different applications to fabricate detailed target lists for field sales
Analyze data and insights to inform and build plans that scale Nationally; support the definition of objectives/KPIs and the opportunities that can drive growth for the business
Oversee a portfolio of Sales Ops programs designed to drive customer success
Streamline internal processes to best support and serve both Chamberlain and our Partners
Comply with health and safety guidelines and rules; managers should also ensure compliance across their teams.
Protect Chamberlain Group's reputation by keeping information confidential.
Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reading professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results and participating on projects as needed.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in business administration, project management, or a related field
3+ years of experience in project management, program management, analytics, or a related field
Experienced with MS Office - Word, Excel (expert level working knowledge preferred), Access, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Self-starting, efficient, and organized
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Capability to work independently and as part of a team
Capacity to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Able to travel up to 10% of the time
