**JOB DESCRIPTION**

Reporting to the Store Manager, The **Delivery Driver** is responsible for facilitating and transporting delivery orders in a professional, safe, and compliant manner.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**

* Check the order to ensure it contains the correct items and perform a quality control check

* Verify the addresses, route plan, and manifest

* Check the change bag to ensure it contains the correct amount and denominations

* Pack the order and change bag into the vehicle using the department approved storage devices

* Drive to each point on the route plan and perform the respective transaction for each stop, filling out the appropriate paperwork and creating a receipt, capturing the purchasers signature after they have verified their order

* Enforce safety regulations and policies

* Ensure the reporting and documentation of all incidents and provide initial information from investigation to Human Resource

* Must stay current and adhere to all policy and regulations of the Arizona Medical Marijuana Enforcement Division

* Attends all required meetings

* Participating as a team member and filling-in at reception, POS, budtender, ADA or other positions when needed

* Promotes a work environment that is positive, compassionate, customer-service oriented, and compliant with state and local laws and regulations as well as established company policies and procedures

* Continuing education on all products available

* Other duties as assigned

**SKILLS/ABILITIES REQUIRED**

* Ability to work within a team and on an individual basis

* Willingness to learn, with a high-growth drive

* Flexible availability to meet the needs of the business (including evenings and weekends)

* Commitment to arrive for scheduled shifts on time and maintain consistent attendance

**REQUIREMENTS/PREFERRED EXPERIENCE**

* Understanding and knowledge of Cannabis products

* Must stay current and adhere to all policy and regulations of the Cannabis Compliance Board and company policies in the areas he/she operates

* Knowledge of state and federal laws relating to key areas of responsibility

* Must be able to secure Arizona Agent Card Registration with the Cannabis Compliance Board

* Must be 21 years of age or older, and be able to pass an extensive background check

* Must be authorized to work in the United States

**PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS**

* G rasping, lifting, walking, standing, talking, hearing, seeing, and repetitive motions

* Must be able to frequently lift, carry, and balance up to 30 pound s , occasionally

* May include walking or standing for extended periods of time, as well as stooping, bending over and/or crouching

* Moderate to loud exposure to noise level. Long periods of sitting

* Exposure to long periods of bright lights

* Long periods of prolonged use of office equipment including computers and phones

**WORK ENVIRONMENT**

Work is performed mostly in a retail facility. T he working area may be odorous at times and loud, fluctuating between cold and warm temperatures. Involves frequent contact with staff. Work may include dealing with law enforcement and occasional State inspectors.
