About The Role - Who You'll Work With ...

SourceAmerica is searching for a Senior Manager, Account Products Pricing to join its team, focused on providing team leadership and management of Pricing Managers and their assigned accounts to ensure customer satisfaction. Assist Non-Profit Agencies (NPAs) to maintain program compliance, statutory compliance, and best in class service delivery. Accountable for generally the most complex and/or high-risk accounts. This position helps connect our network of over 400 Non-Profit agencies with federal procurement opportunities across the United States! Our network of Non-Profit Agencies (NPAs) performs service and product contracts mainly for Federal agencies and help employ over 30,000+ people with disabilities nationally.

What You Will Do ...

As a Senior Manager, Account Products Pricing, provide management and technical advice to NPAs and direct reports to include, but not limited to, the functional areas of procurement, provide indirect costs accounting support and guidance, budgeting, regulatory pricing compliance, and AbilityOne Commission guidelines your work functions will include but are not limited to the following. A full position description will be given to candidates at the time of the interview.

  • Provide management and technical advice to NPAs and direct reports to include, but not limited to, the functional areas of procurement, costing and budgeting, regulatory pricing compliance and AbilityOne Commission guidelines.
  • Mentor, train, and monitor Pricing Managers' activities for assigned direct reports.
  • Oversee the Account Management responsibilities for processing of costing/pricing packages for base year pricings, follow on year renewals and modifications.
  • Oversee the coordination and prioritization of internal and external resources required to accomplish the Customer Centric Business Plan.
  • Review pricings through the use of cost estimators, market data, and other pricing indicators.
  • Other responsibilities will be assigned as organizational needs arise.

Salary Range

The salary for this position falls in a range between $115,000 - $128,000 depending on your experience and geographic location in the United States.

What We're Looking For ...

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field of study from an accredited institution instead of applicable skills training. SourceAmerica recognizes 1.5 years of experience = 1 year of college, should the candidate not meet the educational requirement.
  • 7 years relevant work experience in a similar role, with a strong focus on pricing management and indirect costs accounting.
  • 5 years management experience.
  • Extensive knowledge of pricing compliance regulations and a proven track record of ensuring adherence to these regulations.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to review and interpret complex financial data and market indicators.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex pricing strategies to a variety of stakeholders.

Preferred Bonus Points For...

  • Master's Degree or MBA in a relevant field of study from an accredited institution.
  • We use Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) as our primary business application system for much of our office processes- experience with D365 or using similar methods is preferred.

Our organization offers both a hybrid work model-where employees work in our office two to three days per week and work from home the balance of the workweek-as well as a fully remote work model, depending on the job requirements and one's proximity to one of our offices in Atlanta, Chicago, Dallas, or the Washington, DC-area.
