Location: Nekoosa, WI
Pay Range: $90,000 - $102,000
What’s the Job?
- Supervise the E&I maintenance crew to ensure safe work practices and compliance with protocols.
- Coordinate and prioritize maintenance work with operating crews and plant services.
- Schedule daily tasks for crew members and optimize personnel and contractor schedules.
- Lead daily startup meetings, stretch activities, and facilitate onboarding for new employees and apprentices.
- Technical degree in a related field preferred, or equivalent experience with 3 to 5 years in maintenance-related supervision.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools and CMMS.
- Strong Electrical Troubleshooting skills and judgment.
- Demonstrated leadership and team development abilities.
- Flexibility to work varying hours and overtime as needed.
