Nationwide IT Services (NIS) is seeking an experienced Program Manager for a potential opportunity in support of a Federal Agency focused on providing overall authority and responsibility for the Contractor Task Order management and execution. This potential opportunity requires a minimum of ten (10) years of experience leading, implementing and managing programs and/or projects, preferably using technologies such as Saas and opensource technologies.


Duties and Responsibilities
The Program Manager (PM) will act as the primary POC for our federal customer and will perform Program Management duties to include handling all employment matters relating to the NIS and Subcontractor employees and ensuring that all delivered services meet the performance standards identified in the contract.
  • Lead a team of consultants to provide Governance and Administration of several data management platforms custom and SaaS like Salesforce, ServiceNow, and MS 365.
  • Work will include planning, coordinating, and managing actions to acquire and implement contracts and task orders.
  • Interact frequently with coworkers, technical team members, subcontractors, customers, and functional groups regarding contract support and compliance.
  • Provide Program Management support (e.g. financial management, project schedule maintenance, project reporting) for complex projects.
  • Manage complex projects based on the principles of the Project Management Institute (PMI) and Agile Methodology
  • Execute an effective customer satisfaction and client management strategy, including routine customer meetings, deliverables, and activities to ensure effective risk and quality management
  • Leverage exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills to relate to people at all levels of an organization and navigate strong personalities using excellent communication skills.
  • Attend all mandatory government meetings as scheduled by the Government and ad hoc meetings as requested by USCIS senior leadership or Government team.
  • Track and manage all cost and invoicing; Maintain a Planning Increment Roadmap that denotes planned activities.
  • Provide information on compliance with the contract performance parameters in the format agreed upon with the Government during monthly Program Management Review meetings.
  • Have hands on technical knowledge for the management and execution of Infrastructure and data architecture planning and support.
  • Knowledge of data science and industry standards and practices for data management.
  • Experience with business intelligence strategies and tools.

Required Education and Certification(s):
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management of Information Systems Science, Engineering, or related technical field.
  • Program Management Professional (PMP) and Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) certifications.
  • MUST BE A US CITIZEN
  • Able to attain/maintain a Public Trust Clearance
  • At least 5 + years of professional experience managing Chief Data Officer related projects.
  • Knowledge of and ability to organize the team to perform Agile Analytics development proven by professional experience.
Desired
  • Experience with DHS/USCIS and knowledge of USCIS processes and systems
  • Strong understanding of Data Management, Analytics, Data Strategy, Data Governance, Data Management, DevSecOps processes, methodologies and philosophies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
