Manager, Site Controller

Key Accountabilities

• Perform all FP&A reporting to management on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis (including 3-year Strategy Planning and Budget)
• Act as a key business partner to the Plant Manager performing ad-hoc tasks to satisfy requests and inform plant and Aerospace leadership of financial implications of business decisions
• Oversee 3-Year Strategy Planning process including coordination with Commercial, Engineering, and Operations functions to coordinate presentation to Aerospace leadership and long-term financials creation
• Ownership of Budget process working with plant leadership to set direction and establish financial targets
• Direct monthly forecasting process with 2 operating plants
• Oversee monthly close process
• Manage and improve InternalControls and Procedures
• Assist with monthly SIOP process
• Compliance (GAAP, SOX)
• Fiduciary profit-and-loss responsibility for approximately $100 Million operation
• Train non-financial leaders in financial concepts
• Partner with other functions and serve as lead financial support for plant projects
• Support and guidance with plant leadership to understand product line profitability

Job Requirements

• This position is subject to policies and procedures set forth by the State Department and applicants who do not meet such requirements will not be eligible for the position
• Bachelor of Science in Accounting or Finance
• MBA and/or CPA preferred
• At least 5+ years of accounting/finance experience in a manufacturing environment
• Previous Controller experience in a manufacturing environment with multi-site responsibility a big plus
• Strong working knowledge of ERP systems
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
