Involve Financial is currently hiring for a full-time Regional Sales Manager to work in the Grand Island area. This position offers competitive compensation, advancement, and the opportunity to make an impact. On average, our Regional Sales Manager brings home an average of $78,000 the first year with the opportunity to make above six figures.

DAY-TO-DAY

This full-time outside sales position offers a flexible schedule but typically works Monday -
Friday from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. There is limited travel involved.

As a Regional Sales Managers, you are the eyes, ears, and life of our organization. You start each day ready to personally connect with clients and offer them the best possible solutions for their health insurance needs. Are warmly greeting each client and answering any questions or listening to any concerns they may have, you recommend the appropriate options and explain their associated benefits honestly, clearly, and accurately.

In addition to helping our clients, you'll be involved in training and developing other team members. To stay at the top of your game, you participate in all required Regional Sales Manager meetings and training. You enjoy meeting new people, working at new locations, and that no two days are exactly the same. You love the accelerated growth potential that comes with your position as well as the continuous recognition for your achievements
