We are seeking an experienced Finance and Operations Associate for immediate hire. This position provides supports in day-to-day general Finance, Accounting and Operations tasks. Requirements:
- College degree in accounting or finance
- 3+ years of relevant work experience
- Motivated, detail-oriented, multi task and responsibility-seeking individual
- Ability to work under tight deadlines
- Superior teamwork and communication skills
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel and other relevant software
- Experience in using accounting software (Quickbooks, etc.)
Job Description:
1. Provide Finance and Accounting support:
- Book PO's in accounting software and operations database
- Create and distribute customer invoices, provide account statements to customers
- Update and maintain data in accounting software and database
- Support month-end closing and reconciliation
- Assist in preparing financial reports and cash flow forecast for senior management
- Prepare ad-hoc analysis and reports for the management
2. Provide customer support:
- Make project tracking sheets and update customers project status
- Receive customer PO’s, create and store project paperwork properly
- Provide customers packing lists, shipment tracking updates and delivery notice
- Assist customers and management with ad-hoc project inquiries
3. Assist in warehouse management:
- Arrange shipments from the warehouse
- Update inventory levels and conduct physical inventory periodically, ensure inventories are well maintained and organized
- Assist in inventory and warehouse planning
4. Office administrative tasks
- Arrange company events
- Prepare employee expense reports and assist in reimbursements
- Assist in booking business travels
- Other general clerical and office administrative duties
