- Provide a quality customer experience by actively listening and effectively educating customers regarding product/service features and benefits and troubleshooting occasional issues.
- Ensure new orders, installations, troubles, and payments are processed promptly and accurately.
- Be a guiding presence for five CSRs in two locations.
- Help the team better identify and address customer needs across various touchpoints resulting in greater customer satisfaction and increased profitability.
- Facilitate sales and marketing strategies to broaden the customer base and increase penetration of existing customers.
- Hone a culture of teamwork, performance, and service excellence.
