Job description
Sales Manager- We are looking for Sales managers who already have RV experience.
The Sales Manager leads the overall store operations and team to create an exceptional experience for customers. The Sales Manager is responsible for selecting, training, coaching, developing and retaining the very best talent for the store and driving a high-level of performance among the team to maximize store profitability and ensure a high level of customer and associate satisfaction.
Leadership Responsibilities
- Conduct yourself and lead the team in a way that supports RV Roadway Core Values, Leadership Qualities, Mission, and Vision. Bring Commitment and Passion to your store, associates and customers.
- Great Communicator: Provide the team with exceptional communication to set a clear vision, direction and goals for the team to achieve targeted performance in: New/Used RVs
F&I Products sales Service and Parts
- Teamwork and Will to Win: Engaging and motivating the team to achieve key goals and performance expectations. Ensure Accountability from individuals and the teams to meet goals and Win!
- Invest in Your People: Recruiting, retaining, and developing talent through coaching and training.
- Customer Commitment: Driving a culture of exceptional Customer experience. This is a top responsibility for the Sales Manager who must create a great customer experience in the store and personally ensure customer concerns are resolved.

Operational Responsibilities
- Driving the business through a high-level of involvement in the day-to-day operations
- Provide strong sales
- Motivate and assist Sales & Finance Managers in completing deals with strong coordination of sales and F&I to optimize GP and the customer
- Support strong F&I operations and the RV Complete
- Appraising used units for trade value
- Managing all areas of customer traffic
- Partnering with Region leadership to plan and manage inventory levels.
- Support service and parts operations to ensure a great customer experience at delivery and after
- Support customer sales and other growth initiatives in service and parts
- Analyzing the business and developing action plans to improve performance.
- Setting and achieving targeted goals
- Maintain an impeccable visual appeal of the facility & inventory.
- Ensure all customers are taken care of when in the store.
- Manage and maintain proper staff levels to control payroll expense.
