About this job
A local Moses Lake company is seeking an HR Administrative Assistant! If you have previous clerical, HR, and/or recruiting experience, we would love to speak with you!
Primary Responsibilities & Duties include:
Provide administrative support of the daily HR operations
Record keeping
Processing paperwork
Employee relations issues and policy questions
Recruiting, interviewing, and selecting employees to fill vacant positions
Benefit administration
Knowledge of payroll
Other duties as assigned
Skills & Qualifications:
Accuracy is crucial in this role
Excellent interpersonal skills
Customer service oriented
Effective communication skills
PC & clerical experience is required
Microsoft Office experience preferred
Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug/alcohol screening
Must be able to pass a background check on criminal/work history
Pay: $20/hr-$25/hr DOE
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8a-5p. Weekends & overtime are required as necessary
