This key position involves overseeing all aspects of hiring, onboarding, office management, and the intake and scheduling of our dedicated team of healthcare professionals. Responsibilities Hiring and Recruitment: Collaborate with leadership to identify staffing needs and create comprehensive job descriptions. Execute recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates. Conduct interviews, assess candidates, and make hiring recommendations. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding. Onboarding: Develop and implement an efficient onboarding process for new hires. Coordinate orientation sessions to familiarize employees with company policies, procedures, and expectations. Ensure all necessary paperwork, training, and credentials are completed for new team members. Office Management: Maintain a well-organized and efficient office environment. Oversee office supplies, equipment, and facilities management. Implement and improve administrative processes to enhance overall office productivity. Intake and Scheduling: Collaborate with the client services team to manage the intake process for new clients. Develop and maintain a streamlined scheduling system for healthcare professionals. Ensure optimal staff allocation to meet client needs and maintain high-quality service delivery. Compliance and Quality Assurance: Stay informed about industry regulations and standards. Implement and enforce compliance with healthcare regulations and company policies. Monitor and evaluate operational processes to maintain high-quality standards. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field. Proven experience in operations management, preferably in the healthcare sector. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance requirements. Proficiency in using scheduling software and office management tools. Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced start-up environment.
