Maintenance Supervisor - Now Hiring

Experis, a division of ManpowerGroup, is working with a global automotive manufacturing organization. Looking for a Maintenance Supervisor for a Aluminum Foundry in Bedford, IN. This is a 12-Month Contract with possibility of extension.

Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor
Location: Bedford, IN 47421
Pay: $36-38/HR + benefits
Contract: 12 Month Contract, Potential to convert to perm./FTE
Schedule: 11:00pm to 7:30am 

Key Responsibilities:
Manage team of 15 to 20 maintenance personnel, including training, scheduling, ensuring safety, and oversight of all maintenance projects/planned maintenance.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma/GED required, Associate Degree in Engineering Preferred
• 5-7 years minimum experience/knowledge of mechanical/electrical concepts, machine/assembly/facilities, and tooling/manufacturing/assembly processes & safety
• Injection Molding Experience or Aluminum Die Cast specific experience preferred
