Insight Global is seeking 2 Pre-op/PACU RN's for a local outpatient surgery center in Bethesda, MD. They are looking for someone who will provide quality patient care using the nursing process, the medical plan of care, and organizational policies. The RN Pre-op/PACU provides safe, effective, and quality patient-family centered care in the perioperative services for all patient populations. The Pre-op/PACU RN supports the mission, vision, and values of the organization. The RN Pre-op/PACU reports to the Manager of Peri-Operative Services. This center primarily focuses on orthopedic surgeries mostly doing local hand cases, total joints, sports medicine, and foot and ankle. This person will always have another Nurse paired with them in the recovery room. This person must be flexible with doing opening and closing shifts. Opener will need to be there at 5:30AM, closers will need to stay as late as 7:30PM or later.
Associates Degree in Nursing
Licensed RN in the State of MD
At least 2 years of critical care experience
Comfortable calling codes
CPR
BLS
ACLS
