Duties/Responsibilities:

• Manage, respond, and follow up on all incoming leads utilizing CRM software.
• Work with clients using a consultative sales approach to guide their buying journey.
• Meet with clients and perform high-quality, professional demonstrations and test drives.
• Become an expert on the sales process and our changing inventory.
• Follow-up with buyers to ensure successful referral business.
• Assist customers and arrange F&I products and logistics.
• Complete company and state sales paperwork.
• Maintain online social media presence and peruse leads and customers through unconventional channels (Ex. Instagram, Facebook Groups, Forums).
• Collaborate with our incoming marketing team to create informative sales content for your social media.
• Report leads and sales data to ownership through weekly 1 on 1 meetings.
• Work with ownership to set and achieve sales targets and goals.
• Learn to overcome obstacles and thrive within sales situations.
• Assist with dealership marketing events.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:

• Passionate European car enthusiast preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent required. College degree preferred.
• 3+ years of related experience. Highline & exotic sales experience preferred.
• A clean driving record and a valid driver's license are required.
• Ability to drive a manual.

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs at times.
• Willingness to comply with all company policies and uphold standards for service quality.
