Role Overview As the IT Operations Manager , you will play a pivotal role in shaping the backbone of our IT services. You will oversee the design, implementation, and seamless availability of our IT infrastructure ranging from corporate networks to productivity tools and platforms. Your holistic understanding of IT operations will aid in coordinating incident responses and driving forward our business continuity plans. In this position, you will work closely with HR, Finance, Security and Technology to ensure IT resources are aligned with the organization's objectives. Your communication skills will be essential in liaising with stakeholders, managing change, and prioritizing tasks to meet the evolving needs of our growing organization. Responsibilities Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of IT infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance, security, and scalability. Coordinate IT incident response and management, ensuring timely resolution and minimal business impact. Own the development and implementation of robust business continuity and disaster recovery plans in close collaboration with relevant stakeholders. Liaise with other departments to align IT resources and support with business objectives, ensuring a harmonized approach to IT solutions. Serve as a key communicator between IT and business stakeholders, effectively relaying change management initiatives, priorities, and relevant updates. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, regularly seeking feedback and introducing innovative solutions to enhance IT infrastructure and operations. Conduct regular 1:1s and provide constructive feedback to team members. Manage performance through quarterly and yearly reviews to guide professional growth. Be prepared for hands-on contribution as needed for improvements, configuration changes and general workload management. Stay abreast of the latest trends, tools, and best practices in IT infrastructure management, ensuring the organization is always at the forefront of technology. Qualifications A minimum of 5 years of experience in IT management, with a proven track record of success in leading large-scale projects Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, equivalent experience. Master’s degree preferred Strong knowledge of network architecture, deployment, and maintenance, as well as cloud services and productivity tools Proficiency in coordinating incident response and management Experience in developing and implementing business continuity and disaster recovery plans Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to effectively liaise with both technical and non-technical stakeholders Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment Experience with programming languages such as Go, Python, Ruby or similar Familiarity in a command line environment such as Bash/ZSH Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities to troubleshoot complex issues and devise innovative solutions Certifications such as ITIL, CISSP, or equivalent are advantageous Vision: To be the world's leading digital identity network empowering people to control their own information and to prove their credentials across all channels: online, call center, and in-person.
